Half of your stay deposit is due at Booking (non refundable). The remainder of your Payment is due upon drop off, no exceptions!!! Cash, card, check is accepted… checks payable to Park your Paws. Pick up after 5 PM, you will be charged another night stay. Thank you
If your dog becomes aggressive with me or staff at any point during the stay and we are unable to get him/her out of their kennel safely you will need to arrange for pick up. This will be non refundable as well.
